The Manager, Global Delivery & Operations is part of the IT Transformation team and plays a vital role in executing strategic programs that are part of a comprehensive IT and Digital Transformation that is currently underway. The transformation program seeks to leverage technology to create sustainable competitive advantage for Company. The individual will focus on overseeing the operations of Company’s Global Capability Center in Bangalore known as the Company Technology Hub (DTH), Global Delivery and Strategic Partner Management.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE:
Global Capability Center (GCC) Operations:
•Work with the global transformation team to design and implement the DTH strategy and vision.
•Utilize prior Global Capability Center (GCC) expertise to ensure that the DTH grows at the right pace with appropriate foundational capabilities.
•Advocate and promote the adoption of the DTH through engagement and implementing feedback loops
•Working with the local finance team, manage the monthly P&L of the Company Technology Hub – Bangalore and ensure non payroll costs are consistent with other GCC’s and market practices.
•Lead negotiations and support the setup of new local suppliers working with the Supply Chain and Legal functions.
•Assist with annual audit activities.
•Work with global leaders to maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
•Monitor local support partners adherence to contractual SLA’s and KPI’s
•Manage any assigned direct reports
Strategic Partner Management/Global Delivery:
•Develop an in-depth understanding of the Global Delivery Network strategy for Company IT.
•Work with the broader Global Delivery Team to support Company technology portfolios with employee and contingent workforce planning, as well as supporting new and existing engagements, managing demand, and building relationships with our Global Delivery Partners and the broader organization.
•Identify areas of improvement and partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive scalable, global solutions.
•Compile periodic and ad-hoc vendor business summaries.
