The position is responsible for directly managing the south business and driving the new business through HW and OTL’s for all India by working closely with the sales team. The incumbent shall be responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. An out-of-the-box thinker with a proven track record of meeting the assigned targets, streamlining workflow and creating a teamwork environment to enhance productivity. This position demands a keen planner, strategist & implementer with proven ability in achieving / exceeding targets, exploring new opportunities for Flow cytometer HW sales and setting up business operations in untapped markets.
Education and/or Experience: MSc/MTech in Biological Sciences /Biotechnology 15 years work experience in sales at Clinical & Life sciences Industry Experience in Clinical Sales of equipment and consumables, particularly Flow cytometer

Responsible for achieving assigned sales goals of Clinical equipment and consumables in assigned accounts and /or territories, particularly Flow cytometer with a team of Account managers, and their respective distributors Engaging clients at senior most level and maintaining key stakeholder relationship throughout the organizations Develop a regional sales strategy utilizing a target prospect list/win Loss Analysis, Accurate Forecast activity and Achieve stated sales objectives on a quarterly/annual basis. Maintain positive business relationships with existing customers Travel as required within the region & across India to extend additional support. Create, maintain and manage funnel Handles key account issues from all perspectives of sales, application and service support. Works effectively in a team environment and influences peers and others to deliver on customer requirements Follows regular cadence of processes as applicable and maintain rigor in reporting Captures VOC and identifies local market trends and communicates internally Maintain and manage distributor relationships as needed Motivated and goal driven with strong work ethics, continually striving for improvement coupled with excellent administrative aptitude with an eye for detail and the commitment to offer quality work.
