Experience:
The candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to multiple and diverse / complex F&A process accounts and would be responsible for operational excellence to achieve client SLA deliverables.
Responsible for client relationship management, team building and management along with the process delivery goals and implementation of the projects
Prior experience in F&A Operations (across all towers) with proven ability to manage multiple and diverse finance and accounting processes with large team handling skills (300+).
Overall experience of 15+ years in the outsourcing industry (captive or industry) preferred
The formulation of transformation plans in line with strategic objectives of the client. Ensure strategy, structure, staffing, skills are in line with client expectation.
Spearhead the Quality Movement through the quality assurance team, orientation and training of process heads to ensure implementation of the quality system towards building quality as a sustainable edge
Participate in recruitment at all senior levels in the performance in the vision to ensure building a team with a strong customer orientation
Provide inputs to the customer on related projects for the business and their implementation/fruitification into business as planned.
Managing the Profit and loss account of account and grow the business consistently & profitably to achieve an organization with growth of people and turnover with good profit margins.
Undertakes responsibility for the business and people metrics of a business unit or functional group (tracking results, trouble shooting, managing and developing
Leads client interactions on behalf of the business and facilitates operating units alignment to the agreed upon service standards.

Should have hands on experience in period close, general ledger accounting, reporting, etc. Exposure US GAAP reporting requirements preferred
