Description:Be a part of the Development team focusing on delivering solutions using PEGA platform for decision management, case management for Verizon Wireless. Be a part of the Center Of Excellence for PEGA. Applies complex algorithms when developing systems and applications to deliver business functions or architectural components. Uses functional expertise, acts as an advisor to management and makes recommendations on more complex projects. Uses professional concepts and company policies and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in creative and practical ways. Works on Flows, Activities and User Interfaces. What were looking for... You will need to have Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience. Four or more years of relevant work experience. Four or more years of experience in Pega. Six or more years of experience in IT with four or more years of working experience in PRPC/DSM/Case Management. Experience in designing PRPC applications including gathering of requirements, formulating design of Class structure, Rules Sets structure, Organization structure, identification of Properties and design of Flows based on the requirements, Integration. Strong knowledge of PEGA Guardrails. Experience of application debugging and troubleshooting. Even better if you have Experience in design and development of Pega projects. Experience working in at least one complete medium to large scale enterprise Pega project. Experience with Agile Scrum / SmartBPM practices and methodology. Experience in Flows, Activities and User Interfaces. Ability to work independently with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience of PRPC Best Practices, Estimation, Task Scheduling, Risk Assessment, IT Quality Practices. Pega certification like CSA, CSSA is mandatory. Experience with the following Pega User interface; Different kinds of Pega rule models, DSM; Pega Process Models; Pega Web Service; Pega LDAP setups; Pega Connectors and knowledge of Single sign-on models Well versed in integration concepts. Worked on PRPC versions of 7 and above, Knowledge on Pega customer service.
