The Role As Sales Development Representative, you will play a significant role in growing Sorocos business. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and e-mails Understanding customer needs and requirements, and routing qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects Teaming up with internal stakeholders to build pipeline and close deals Performing effective online demos to prospects The Candidate This is a critical function in the company and we are looking for the following skill sets. Key Requirements and Qualifications Proven inside sales experience of 5-8 years in sales intensive organizations Exposure of UK, US and APAC market is required Strong phone presence and experience with talking to dozens of prospects every day Proficiency with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Experience in Salesforce or equivalent CRM Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Bonus Skills Prior experience in IT / SaaS inside sales
