Job Description - What will you be doing? Own and manage requirement related aspects of the change delivery life cycle from inception, solution design through to implementation and post implementation support Work in-line with overall Company strategy across Technology delivery and Business operations change Identify, quantify, plan and control all business design and analysis related activity on change projects Identify, analyse, manage and monitor relationships with and between stakeholders. Manage multiple work streams of project activity Requirements elicitation and documentation, using User Stories End-to-end requirements management and traceability, both functional and non-functional Working closely with various stakeholders Impact analysis, both business and technical, working closely with architects and solution designers Coordination of and hands-on assistance with Different testing phases including User Acceptance Testing and Live proving Work as a liaison among project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate features for new functionality. Serves as the SME for business and functional domain knowledge; working closely with the Product Owner Create, groom and maintain the project feature and story backlog in addition to any changes to those requirements. Participates in joint design sessions to groom and document features and stories. Create feature and story backlogs that are clear and straightforward. What were looking for Has ability to investigate, analyse, visualise, articulate and solve complex problems and concepts and make disciplined decisions based on available information. Is able to identify and explores opportunities for service and business improvement. Is aware of and understands agile methodology and how to apply the agile mindset to all aspects of their work. Has ability to identify and pinpoint business opportunities to allow organisations to perform more effectively. Exposure to toolsets across Requirements documentation, Configuration Management and Quality assurance Payments/ Acquiring domain knowledge / experience. Good understanding of Customer Journeys in the Acquiring Worked in Tools that are used for Capturing Requirements in Agile(Jira, Rally etc.) Ability to understand the requirements and communicate /disseminate the same effectively to multiple stakeholders Previous experience on projects having ISO8583, Standard 70 implementations Exposure to ISO20022, Nexo standards Exposure to Alternate Payments Skills that will help you in the role Exposure to Product Owner roles and responsibilities Technical knowledge will be a benefit to assist with data analysis Knowledge of design concepts like Web services design concepts like micro services, request response, REST, SOAP, SOA etc at a high level under preferred skills
