Work closely with regional and global teams todrive continuous improvement of our CRM/eCommerce Salesforce platforms. Define, develop, implement and run thegovernance processes to keep the Salesforce orgs healthy. Define, monitor, measure and track platform KPIâ€TMsto match the success criteria. Enforce the standards and best practices toensure the high availability, robustness and scalability. Define, develop and manage the data retentionpolicies and backup and recovery. Collaborate with admins, release engineers andtechnical leads to support the continuous delivery of new functionalities andenhancements. Work with cross functional teams such asidentity team to manage and maintain SSO configurations & certificates, integrationteams to manage the oAuth configurations, services accounts, etc. Conduct frequent trainings and meetings withdevelopers, admins and solution designers to enforce the standards, governanceprocesses to improve the org health.
