Paralegal Specialists-Bangalore Bangalore Job Objectives:The candidate would be individually responsible to:-Independently manage various paralegal activities in all phases of domestic (US) and foreign lifecycles (filing through maintenance/abandonment) for Patents and/or Trademark,-Prepare global prosecution related forms such as filing packages, office action response shells, assignments, Oath and declaration etc.,-Conduct comprehensive IDS audits for entire family and prepare IDS form as required,-Handle all docketing tasks from patent filing to patent grant, validations and renewals for all jurisdictions,-Perform application reviews at time of allowance,-Manage regular follow-ups/reminders with stakeholders for any required information, and-Mentor junior paralegal associates.
