Department overviewThe Enterprise Technology Infrastructure (ETI) team within the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) is responsible for enterprise-wide infrastructure services across the global footprint, including networking, production services, storage, data centers, mainframe, midrange and Cloud-based systems, distributed systems, and international infrastructure.About the RoleThe Technology Business Services Associate role will function in a role supporting various efforts and objectives conducted by the TCR Crisis Management and Incident Response (CMIR) team. This role conducts various execution related activities and primarily interfaces across the Technology Continuity & Resiliency (TCR) Team as well as other functions within Wells Fargo Technology to provide a targeted outcome for resiliency aligned objectives. This role will be responsible for a variety of activities and deliverables that contribute to the continuous improvement and necessary enhancements for resiliency across Technology platforms and Technology operations. The role requires competency and related technical skills to collaborate, interact with others and support work through trusted working relationships with various first, second and third line partners including: Business Continuity, Operational Risk, Technology CIO, Technology Infrastructure and Audit. Objectives for improving Crisis Management capabilities will leverage an knowledgeable agile team with prior work experience across various disciplines including Model Risk, Operational Risk, Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Control Design, Remediation, Business Process Management, Workflow Automation, Agile and Waterfall Project Management, SDLC, Technology Architecture, Data Services and Technology Operations.Candidates should be comfortable working on small agile teams in fast-paced, high-pressure delivery environments.
