We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse and NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, both turnkey SaaS applications hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with packaged data pipelines, schemas in Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse and visualizations via Oracle Analytics Cloud. Oracle customers and partners require easy to use SaaS administration capabilities to provision, configure, deploy, secure and audit packaged content and to extend it with their own data, models and analytics. This product manager role will focus on Customer Administration Lifecycle Management for packaged analytics applications at Oracle This role requires an experienced, driven individual with business and technical acumen and strong leadership abilities. The person will act as the glue between various product managers, engineering and marketing to develop the product roadmap with inputs from key customers. Qualified candidates will have experience with building and managing large scale Data Warehouse and Analytics systems. Responsibilities Engage with Oracle SaaS customers to understand their needs and expectations. Capture detailed product requirements and define the roadmap for the offering to maximize customer adoption and customer value Present the strategy and roadmap to senior management and obtain buy-in Work with and influence various development teams and stakeholders to ensure the product is developed and delivered as planned Partner with other Oracle SaaS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and other Oracle groups to shape Oracle Analytics product roadmap Work with marketing teams to facilitate decisions around product launch, product positioning and gain insights on competitive landscape. Participate in marketing events with responsibility for managing the agenda including customer demos, customer meetings and product management led sessions. Provide release documentation for any new features/functions released during the quarterly releases. Willing to work flexible hours to overlap with US/other international teams. Skills and Experiences Required Excellent communication skills – both written and oral Preferred Education background – MBA/MS with undergraduate degree in engineering, science, mathematics, statistics, economics. 8+ years’ experience across one or more technical domains – Data Modeling, Data Management, ETL, Analytics 8+ years’ experience in business analysis and requirement assessment. Experience with large scale SaaS applications administration capabilities is a plus. Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), Oracle Analytic Cloud (OAC), Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus Experience with SaaS applications from Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, Domo or SAP is desirable Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Detailed Description and Job RequirementsWork as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget. As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities. Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel.
