This position is responsible for retaining existing client relationships in order to achieve client and revenue retention targets within an assigned territory or team remotely (e.g. by phone or online). Responsibilities: Responsible for managing relationships with the companyâ€TMs existing low volume trading accounts. Ensure the company maximizes trading volume from existing customers. Identify additional opportunities for increasing volume and revenue from existing customer base and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve defined targets of volume and client retention across portfolio of accounts. Onboard new clients to the platform. The role holder should be experienced in one or more of the following: Relationship Management, Sales or Operations with a preferred background in financial markets The candidate must be a highly professional, self-motivated and organized individual with a track record of exceeding targets. Key areas of competence are: Relationship Management and Client Services. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational capabilities as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
