Car Sales Executives are required to analyse the customer needs, match them to an automobile of their dreams, organise test drives, and make the sale!As a Car Sales Executive working for a dealership of TATA Motors you would be required to generate & convert leads into sales by personalised demonstrations and consultations. While not a traditional 9 to 5 job, you will be expected to work weekends and bank holidays; the catch is to earn a basic salary with the potential to earn commission on each sale.Candidates with strong enthusiasm backed by technical knowledge of automobiles and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply. We invite you to be part of our team and help to deliver top-notch customer experience!AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIESLEAD GENERATION & CONVERSIONCustomer Advisors are required to generate & convert leads into Sales. Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car.Understand the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and provide the potential customer with detailed information, including comparisons with competitive models.Take customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets.CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Assist with the setup of the showroom and the promotional displays.Be the first point of contact between customers and the dealership.Demonstrate features and options on all vehicles in inventory.Answer basic questions regarding financing and other optional financial products.Promote the company’s services with buyers to ensure customer loyalty and conduct routine follow up for continued satisfaction.Perform vehicle delivery for buyers after a purchase has been completed.Process requests of customers who wish to part-exchange their current car for a new one.Assist Accessories Executive in promoting Genuine Tata Accessories sale. Manage End-to-End process; Customer Greetings >Data Capturing > Test Drive Offering > Facilitation in Finance and Exchange(if Req)> Accessories Pitching> Payment Collection >Billing > Insurance and RTO> HSRP> Feedback.DOCUMENTATIONContribute to dealership sales data by filling out standard reports.Assist customers in completion the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.Do a complete follow-up of all leads till conclusion; ensuring proper Data Capturing with ID proofs, Documentation for TATA Motors claims, etc.RequirementsEXPERIENCE Minimum 2 Years or relevant experience, working in salesINDUSTRY Automobile /Retail/Hospitality/Service IndustryQUALIFICATION Minimum GraduationAGE 23 to 35 YearsQUALITIES & COMPETENCIESResult orientedTeam PlayerGood Product Knowledge & Flair for Automobile IndustryPreferably having operational Knowledge on retail finance, Insurance Exchange etc.Excellent Communication & Selling SkillsValid Car Driving license is Compulsory.Should know how to drive manual and automatic cars.
