Description:Roles and Responsibilities Minimum 3 years of experience in secured loan segmentExperience in handling DSA/Channel Partner for secured loan businessAbility to liaison & follow-up with external and internal stakeholders.Ability to focus on channel experience and handholding of customers.Good written & verbal communication skillsResponsible for building and development of internal team of sales officers and external channel partners.Responsible for achieving the sales and cross-sell targets, customer satisfaction, productivity andthus enhance profitability through the team of sales officers.Responsible for establishing of the brand and managing the sales and businessdevelopment activities in the rate sensitive HL segment.Smooth functioning of lending process at the various stages such as inquiry, application,verification, pre-sanction processing of loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation,disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service.The incumbent is required to have a good knowledge and understanding of the local HLmarkets.Knowledge of compliance regulations as issued by NHB, RBI and the company. Incorporate theserequirements into the business processes and procedures. Periodic self assessments includingcorrective action as needed and ensure appropriate training of the team regarding the same.Experience of recruiting and training of sales team and channel partnersin the mass affluent market.Ability to work under tight deadlines.
