We deliver products and systems designed to connect, protect and control electrical systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety for equipment and personnel.We are currently looking for candidates for the position of IS Service Owner for Sales Cloud & Communities (Salesforce Practice). The core responsibility of the IS Service Owner is to manage the delivery of “End to End” IS solutions/services within the Electrification (EL) IT department for Sales Cloud solutions, including projects delivery and ensuring quality operations for the solutions in scope. Your responsibilities Collaborating with Global Business Process Owners to understand the demand, providing delivery proposals and implementation for the Salesforce solutions, based on Salesforce Sales cloud solutions and connected apps. Establishing a strong relationship with Marketing & Sales stakeholders and act as IS focal point for overall leadership, controlling and taking responsibility for the given area globally. Being accountable and responsible for the Sales & Service Cloud service, which consists of the following applications: Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and Communities. Coordinating the planning and consumption of the service budget. Acting as a cost center owner for solutions in scope, ensuring financials of the given applications in scope are in line with the plan and properly controlled. Ensuring that ongoing service delivery organization which is 3rd party provider meet the agreed business requirements and SLAs. Ensuring timely and on benefit-based delivery of projects. Collaborating with Application Managers to optimize the service delivery experience and performance. Being part of the EL Salesforce Practice department leadership team, and supporting strategic goals of that department. Your background 3+ years of experience on IS service management or IS management experience of marketing solutions. 7+ years of experience, working in IS organization with focus on Marketing & Sales area. Ability to take end-to-end service accountability for complex and diverse Sales solutions, independently from where the underpinning technology components, operation support processes or professional capabilities reside. Experience with implementation and support of a cloud-based (SaaS) solution. Deep understanding of the overall context of Sales processes and connected technologies. Excellent senior stakeholder management skills. Experience and strong skills in collaboration with external suppliers and consulting companies, including offshore model. Experience in project set-up, contract management (e.g. SoW) and business case preparation. Demonstrate project leadership skills, ability to influence others to achieve objectives. Nice to have: Salesforce or CRM experience. Fluent English.
