Reporting To Vice President - Marketing Responsible for driving researches at PAN India level and execute high-quality and on-time delivery of market research projects covering the spectrum of activities including primary research, data analytics, secondary research and report writing for marketing as well as consumer research for our centers. Responsibilities Structure, organize and synthesize information to develop key insights at the company/industry level. Act as the VOC (voice of consumer) within the org, representing the consumer POV in key forums and enabling insights-driven decision making with functional leaders (marketing, leasing, operations, acquisitions etc.) across the organization. Finalize questionnaires, aggregate data and interpret results with cross-referring secondary resources and report findings. Regular Research on the catchment and customer profile for each of our centers including segmentation for the center and the various brands so that the marketing team can design and execute events at the center level accordingly. Track and ensure database management of our customers in each center. In conjunction with corporate and center level marketing give recommendations on the marketing events based on research and buying patterns of these customers. Do market research on the competing retail developments including high streets and share inputs with leasing team. Interact with our tenant's marketing teams to get insights on their customers and liaise to build a common database which can be used for center-level marketing. Partnering with external agencies to ensure and manage a collection of data, data integrity, privacy and on time delivery. Publish regular reports (as per defined timeline) tracking key quantitative metrics and qualitative trends. Develop visual storyboards and presentations to deploy published studies. Work closely with center heads, leasing team and marketing teams on any specific projects that require to understand customer demographics, consumer preferences. Work on center level projects along with the leasing team to identify lean zones and category gaps across the centers. Study competitor and market landscape to identify new categories and brands that can be incorporated in our centers.
