Key Responsibilities Understand and analyze business problems and processes and build solutions with Machine Learning/AI techniques including Deep learning techniques Qualitative review of model development process Training and testing different ML/DL algorithms, performing iterative experiments with different techniques to discover the best performing algorithm Deploy ML Algorithms into Production Documentation of validation findings and communication of results to senior management and presentation to relevant committees. Key Expertise 4 8 years of strong knowledge and hands-on experience with machine learning Expertise in Deep Learning (LSTM, RNN, CNN, GAN, etc.), Support Vector Machines; Regularization Techniques; Boosting, Random Forests, Ensemble Methods, image/video/audio processing, Bayesian modeling, time series modeling Excellent in one or more of the following languages Python or R Adept at advanced tools like TensorFlow, keras, pytorch, deepai or equivalent Data manipulation, wrangling, cleansing, and analysis on structured and unstructured data, querying data from Data lake and DB Ability to handle structured /unstructured data like Text, Image and have prior experience in loading, validating and cleaning various types of data Assembling data sets from disparate sources and analyze using appropriate quantitative methodologies, computational frameworks and systems Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns Ability to evaluate conceptual soundness of model specification, reasonableness of assumptions and reliability of inputs and risk measures associated with use of model Managing internal stakeholders on model issues, achieving suitable resolutions Experience in working directly with business stakeholders to translate business requirements to needs from data and analytics standpoint Qualifications Education and Skills BA/BS/PG in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or Mathematics Advanced degrees and certifications preferred. Should possess good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills Innovative and always looking for continuous improvement Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Be self-driven and ability to deal with ambiguity in terms of incomplete data. Should be a strong team player & able to work on ambiguous environment with minimal guidance
