We are currently looking for a Campaign Executive to join the Ad Operations team who will be responsible for servicing some of premium brands across a number of industries. Ad Operations plays key role in driving technology, innovation and insights within the digital landscape. The successful candidate will be someone who works well in a fast paced dynamic environment and understands the sense of urgency and attention to detail inherent in delivering successful media campaigns. Roles and Responsibility Roles and Responsibilities Review and enter media plan information into systems, test creative materials, and coordinate the scheduling, launching and optimizing of online advertising campaigns Forward creative specs to creative agencies and ensure creative is built correctly Responsible for executing tag generation and implementation (creative and conversion tags) as well as report generation as per the campaign schedule Troubleshooting creative and operations-related issues for all campaigns under your management Provide the highest standard of accuracy and quality of work generating the best possible experience for internal and external customers Skills/Qualifications Ideally the candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 4-5 year relevant experience in ad traffic (A graduate with the right skills will be considered for the role) Ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly Strong attention to detail, well organized and possesses the ability to prioritize multiples tasks under pressure Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills Strong Excel proficiency preferred (only for experienced candidate) Knowledge of adserving technology vendors (DFA, Sizmek, Atlas) tools and systems is a plus but not mandatory(only for experienced candidate) Knowledge of HTML, flash and JavaScript would be an asset(only for experienced candidate) Highly motivated team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor is essential
