Description:Required Skill Set -Candidate Should Have Experience into Software Sales. -1-2 years and above experience in selling, experience in a start-up will be a plus. -Must have well connects with local merchants in his territory. -The ability to speak clearly so that it is understandable to a customer. -They should have fair idea about local locations or areas especially the clusters for mobile, IT hardware, hard goods stores. -Basic knowledge of methods involved in showing, promoting, and selling products or services -Talking to customers to effectively convey information. -Basic Computer Knowledge -English and Regional Language. -Judging Customer Behaviour and accordingly moulding the sales pitch -Passionate, go getter and result focussed. -Graduate/post graduate. -Qualification: Any Graduate/post Graduate Job Description This role is an individual contributor role wherein the candidate will be given a particular territory/area wherein he would have to visit merchants across different categories (big/small), meet customers, present the benefits of the products, close sales and be the face of the company in retail market. -Through Tele-calling leads/ cold calling/visit connect with customers to offer and pitch cloud based retail solution to drive value to their business. -Pitch the right to offer or persuade them to purchase the services. -Explains advantages and features of the platform being sold to drive customer interest. -Answers customer's questions pertaining to service being offered. - Closure of sales with these merchants and meet target for the month. -Responsible for collecting payments from customers & closing the loop. -Be the point of contact for customers and work with CRM team to resolve issues they might face.
