Description:Job DescriptionEditResponsible for franchise expansion at all over Kerala.Work on product development as per specific market requirements.Help franchisee achieve their targets by regular reviews, inputs, and motivating sales staff.Mining, scoping, lead gen, and closure of new franchises.Set and achieve franchise expansion plans.Leasing with existing and new franchise for their end to end operational requirements.Ideate and implement the launch of new centers with end to end marketing support that includes- creative, digital, ATL & BTL, etc.Work closely with the head of operations for making annual franchise plans and their implementation.Education: Any Graduate With MBA is Prefered.PS: This profile will sometimes need extensive travel in B & B And B & C towns of the state. Only candidates willing to travel at least 15 days a month may apply for this position.Desired candidate: Young, energetic with a go-getter attitude having franchise development experience of not less than 2 years. Candidates with a background in sales & Marketing in the sector will be given more preference.
