We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Project Manager. Principal responsibilities Manage Risk and Control items Manage HSBC budget planning tool to standards, including software capitalization as needed Maintain Clarity (HSBC project planning tool) and monitor spending Monthly application of actuals and performing reforecasting Researches/analyses and provides explanations on Actual to Forecast variances Work with hiring team, be aware of changes in staffing and impacts to budget Maintain all third party vendor invoice payments Other financial/planning activities that are required throughout the year Requirements Proven working experience in a planning/finance role, especially in Fraud, Banking or Finance domains Articulate, excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Experience in working with geographically dispersed teams Solid organizational skills, ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects Excellent verbal and written communication Experience with Agile and DevOps models/projects Experience working with external vendors QualificationsYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.
