JOB DETAILS 1. Make outbound calls to increase site visits efficiently 2. Promptly follow up on appointments fixed/site visits arranged 3. Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct/make calls 4. Generate leads through active and passive database 5. Mine leads from campaign calls landing in the call centre 6. Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved 7. Work closely with Business development/Sales team for Client appointments and achieve conversion 8. Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required 9.
