Description:Designation: Trainer Learning and DevelopmentExperience: Minimum 1 Yrs.CTC: 18000 20000 p.mLocation: CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai.Job Description:Minimum of 1 year experience in Training role in any of the BPO.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities You will be responsible for:Generally in the delivery of a variety of internal workshops, courses and programmes whether through giving presentations, facilitating learning in small groups, coaching or teaching online. Maintaining and developing relationships with internal clients Assisting the management team and the L and D programme leaders for the Management training programme and Employee Development programmes in identifying training needs and designing programmes to meet them. Assisting in the setting up and validation of internal programmes Providing coaching services to internal and external clients Feedback on and input into course material and design In addition there will be the opportunity to facilitate on appropriate professional development external courses.Undertaking any other duties as required.Skills, knowledge, qualifications required for jobPrevious experience of facilitating learning in small groupsPrevious experience of training delivery Previous experience of designing training materials would be beneficialMotivated to develop real excellence in delivering quality training to audiences who are themselves committed to training excellenceThe ability to work with and influence senior people within an organisation and to devise in collaboration with colleagues commercially realistic and effective training solutions Effective communication verbal and written, delivered with enthusiasm and impactThe ability to work in a small highly motivated team in a collaborative way and to share research, information, skills and insight with colleagues.
