About the Role CMT is part of Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) group & delivers Capital Markets technology solutions by following enterprise policies, guidelines and programs. CMT is structured into verticals & horizontal teams to support Capital Markets Technology needs across Wells Fargo. The position is to lead Collateral Management and Regulatory Technology team at Wells Fargo India. Role and Responsibilities Lead multiple teams (overall team size 15-30) working on several projects/applications within the Funding Capital Liquidity business line Provide technology solutions to complex problems that require both in depth knowledge of capital markets domain (relevant to the role) and strong application development and delivery expertise; contribute to strategic and business sustenance projects Work with US technology managers on projects driven by US technology teams and be directly responsible for full project life cycle for a few projects / applications including user interaction, planning, development, testing and L3 support Drive stability and resiliency of products through automation of testing and validation activities and focus on performance engineering and analysis Recruit, mentor and develop talent by setting appropriate goals and expectations for the team. Primary point person for systems and projects within area of responsibility. Lead organizational initiatives, foster diversity and inclusion, and champion change within the group. Multi-cultural sensitivity a must Extensive experience in the capital markets business and processes (e.g. pricing and risk, trade lifecycle, electronic trading, algorithmic trading, market making, P&L, positions management, clearing and settlement) from an application development perspective Contribute to continuous improvement ideas and projects  Essential Qualification Bachelor Degree with 15+ years IT experience. 4+ years team leadership/management experience, leading 15+ member "development" teams preferably in offshore captive of an Investment bank 6+ years Capital markets technology experience (demonstrate Capital Markets SME from application development standpoint) 4+ years specific functional area experience – Securities lending, Repo financing, Collateral and Margin Management, Clearing and Settlements. Proven capability to identify, recruit, develop and retain talent Familiar and direct experience of Agile development and dev ops tools such as Jira, confluence, automated regression testing Experienced providing technology solutions, through applications design & development, to complex problems Experienced working in both build-the-bank (BTB) and run-the-bank (RTB) projects Experienced managing stakeholders Experienced working in matrix organization Leadership Expectations at Wells Fargo As a Team Member manager, you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business.
