Position summaryThis role is responsible for providing leadership across several IT portfolios – IT Operations, IT Support and IT Infrastructure - extending governance to Information Security team. The position will report to President - Evolent Health International (EHI) and will orchestrate the delivery work across various points of contacts, in close collaboration with US senior leaderships. Essential functions Goals:India Leadership for various departments of IT organization (IT Operations, IT Support, Infrastructure, and Info Security); Delivery oversight for Pune IT Portfolio (80+ and growing headcount)Drive organization towards future goal of One Ops, One Support for One IT PlatformPartner with respective Senior leadership in the IT organization to ensure high quality and timely delivery within SLA IT Operations & Support:Intake Consolidation between Aldera & Identifi platformsBlend DevOps function that is distributed at different places under OperationsAutomation opportunities within Ops & Support function while collaborating with Automation CoE in PuneRelease Management function consolidation between Aldera & Identifi platformsEvolve platform support and operations for an integrated platform Assess current areas and identify opportunities to expand utilization of Pune teams.In collaboration with leadership build delivery capabilities in various areas where there is a need for long term business needKnowledge Management framework for various teams to measure proficiency and identify needs of development; Collaborate with Operations & Support leaders to build knowledge into areas that has opportunity to improvePeriodic report out to senior leadership to drive IT organization agenda Infrastructure and Information Security:Enhance IT Infrastructure organization operating model to support global operations (24 X 5)Define and enhance framework for Pune local Infrastructure operations with defined OLAsLocal governance of InfoSec teams in collaboration with global leaderDrive co-ordination of Infra, Infosec & NOC teams with other teamsDefine/Enhance applicable metrics for individual teams and identify plan of improvement Common Functions across departments within IT Organization:People Management responsibilities like performance management, career pathing, general administration (time, expenses, vacations etc.) Overall capability building and Maturity of the business function and peopleImprove Pune utilization across globally approved clients for Ops & SupportCross training Between Ops and Support as well as various support tiersPortfolio operational management like attrition, training, time management, team connects, performance change plan, mentoring/guidance etc.Identify and Drive initiatives that will help improve IT organization operating model and capabilities with buy-in from leaders.
