Description:Role: Senior Senior Product Manager – Merchant lendingLocation: Mumbai / Gurgaon / Bangalore.About the Role:Objective of the role is to facilitate simpler, faster and better availability of credit for PayU’s merchant network. PayU’s goal is to extend USD 150M+ credit to PayU merchants annually.About the team:The team works on the Merchant Lending product ideal credit policy construct, and customer experienceWhat you’ll be doing: Defining the lending product that should be offered by PayU, ideal credit policy construct, and customer experience Lending products definition includes detailed product working, need that it serves, target merchants, pricing.Credit policy includes defining the pre-qualification and final credit policy construct that should be adopted by lenders.End-to-end customer experience journey starting from marketing to credit eligible merchants, credit assessment, KYC, agreement, disbursals, repayment, loan status communication, customer management (pre-closure, partial closures etc) and other processes.Ensuring above is complaint to relevant laws and regulations Defining the engagement model with lenders and project manage the engagement to go-live Engage with new lenders to get them to lend to PayU merchantsDefine commercial engagement and key performance criterionsDefine processes that would be managed at PayU’s and lender’s end respectively.Continuously engage with lender to better the programTrack against laid down performance criterion.
