You will be considered an expert at interviewing using a range of techniques to understand candidates' motivations and aspirations as well as their career history which you can match with an in-depth understanding of technical and specialized functions in the organization. Supporting a global business, you will also be recruiting non-technical (corporate) roles as well, as needed.To be a great recruiter at Network Objects, you cannot just post and pray – we want Hunters! Talent Acquisition at Network Objects is changing and we want you to bring new ideas, ways of working and of course a great personality to support these initiatives!Responsibilities:•Work with hiring managers across the globe to clarify and understand requirements.•Source candidates using a variety of head-hunting methods including search engines and social media.•Coordinate and conduct phone interviews and organize in-person interviews with hiring managers.•Coach hiring managers on interview techniques and best practice ensuring they are all confident in interviewing and the legal framework surrounding interviewing.•Use the ICIMS platform for record keeping on candidates and in line with the GDPR policies.•Coordinate and conduct phone interviews and organize in-person interviews with hiring managers.•Initiate candidate drug screens, background, reference and related checks.•Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducationBachelors MandatoryMBA (preferred). Required Experience:•Excellent written and verbal English communications•Minimum 6+ years of experience in recruiting technical candidates – SAP preferred•Knowledge of software development and other related technologies.•6 years minimum: Understanding of technical recruiting lifecycle and various sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Google X-ray, Github, Regional Specific Sources and Social Media)•Strong focus on candidate and customer experiences.•6 years minimum: Excellent oral and written communication skills.•Must possess an assertive, outgoing and persuasive personality.•Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain open to others' ideas and exhibit willingness to try new things.•Ability to manage priorities and workflow, use time efficiently and operate under pressure.•Must be adaptable in priorities changing requirements, with experience in managing up.•Must have Acute attention to detail
