Job Description The chosen candidate would directly report to the Head of CRM Vertical, and would be responsible for the following Implementation of CRM with a phase wise deployment, adhering to the internal timelines and deadlines Engagement plan for Roll out, along with ensuring the training and readiness initiatives Incentivization and R&R schemes Prioritization as per Shareholder and organisation need. Backward integration and Customization of charter Implementing a 360-degree approach Collaborating with multiple functions and their hierarchy at an activity level for SLA process, Execute/drive SLA, change and implement changes in SLA if required Create and rollout training calendar Create job aids for the Stake holders Collaborating with internal stakeholders as per the hierarchy (HOD-Retail,Technical Services, Purchase, Sales Accounts, IT, Branding, Customer Care along with State Heads, BU Heads as well as Top management Collaborate with external stakeholders- Premium Business Partners etc Plan for Incentivization and R&R schemes to drive learning Create mechanisms to measure impact The Successful Applicant 10 Years of experience in Building materials / FMCG / FMCD Industry Experience in CRM tools and campaigns Experience in marketing MBA degree (Full Time)(with BTech Preferred) Good commercial understanding and consumer orientation Knowledge of Sales Systems & Processes, product categories & channels Experience in using Analytics for data-based decision making
