As a PM for Implementation Partner Alliances, you will be part of the global PMO team under global delivery and services organization and be responsible for:-(a)attract, enable and onboard implementation partners across the globe and make them available to the regional delivery team for execution. You will be responsible for entire Lifecyle (identification to maintenance) with Implementation Partners(b)lead various programs/projects and activities in Global PMO towards governance, MIS/EIS, Financial data analysis, troubleshooting process breakdowns, etc.OKRs of this RoleImplementation Partnership Management, Projects Management, Enterprise Process Framework Adoption & ImprovementResponsibilitiesDevelop implementation partnership charter in line with organizational requirement, near and long terms objectives including criteria’s for project allocation and handover mechanismsMaintain a healthy balance between internal and implementation partner based delivery from sourcing stage, through rigorous implementation of charter & collaboration with sales & delivery teamsAssist in creating implementation partner ecosystem in the organization by implementing processes including but not limited to implementation partner enablement assets, training content and delivery, budgeting and roi mechanisms, etc. Own implementation partner governance, issues, renewals, new opportunities, etc. by collaborating with service delivery, product and sales teamsDesign, conduct, and improve upon Implementation Partner C-SAT programIncumbent and the function will take $ targets to be derived from initial investments made by implementation partners Manage programs in Global PMO functions which may include projects/activities like Governance (both tactical and long term), various reporting requirements at MIS and EIS level, P&L issues/lever analysis, etc.Assist in Enterprise Process Framework development, deployment and maintenance, establish maturity index and action plan for process teams and monitor implementation with delivery and support functionMandatory SkillsAt least 2 year’s experience in Partner ManagementAt least 2 year’s experience in large scale programs/projects managementAt least 4 year’s of hands on experience in designing, facilitating implementation, and troubleshooting processes at operational & enterprise level. Excellent stakeholder management skills in multi culture set upAdaptability – willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously upskilling and learning new technologiesUnderstanding of conversation AI technology’s application in contact centre environment, benefits, challenges in implementation, etc.Functional and Leadership CompetenciesAbility to manage internal and external stakeholder’s priorities, issues and solve conflictsEffective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProactive and results-oriented, with strong prioritization skillsManage and collaborate with cross country, cross culture stakeholder groupAbility to handle multiple tasks and work toward long-term goalsDesired Experience/Target Industries/DomainMinimum 10 year’s of work experience, typically a mix of Operations, Partner Management (tech partners, service partners), Projects and Program ManagementExperience in IT/ITES set up is a must, partner management experience in SaaS environment is a plusGood to have prior experience in managing implementation partners in SaaS environment
