Description:Job DescriptionAs a member of the Global Workforce Operations (GWO) team, the Employee Experience Representative creates genuine, trusting working relationships with employees and is excited about creating a positive experience for the Avery Dennison workforce. This person provides quality initial support services to all employees with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness. This includes evaluating and analyzing the employee request/concern, quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate resolution and/or escalation, and communicating the resolution and escalation to the customer, consistent with established service levels.This role is responsible for:Assisting with and becoming an expert at resolving employee inquiries for multiple countries within the hub.Preparing and creating the necessary data & documentation for processing changes (personal data, job information, reporting line changes, compensation changes, etc) into the HR System (Peoplesoft) and executing PeopleSoft Data TransactionsPreparing and creating data reporting requests & delivering insights.Respond to questions on administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within Servicenow (e. g., email, phone, chat, and case management system)Answer HR policy-related questions, provide guidance to both managers and employees, and escalate as appropriateEducate employees of services available to them and encourage self-service tools and other systemsEnsure high-quality standards for all GWO activities, initiatives, and tasks within designated areas of responsibility, adhering to all service-level agreements established by the GWO organizationIdentify outdated knowledge articles and/or the need to create new knowledge articlesManage Employee insurance administration & renewal processManage on-boarding & offboarding processesQualificationsQualifications & Work Experience required3-5 years HR working experience requiredGeneral familiarity of internal landscape, HR sub-functions, and knowledge of HR, benefits administration and procedures preferredTech savvy, ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systemsSuperior excel and data reporting skills.
