The position is to lead Collateral Management and Regulatory Technology team at Wells Fargo India.Role and ResponsibilitiesLead multiple teams (overall team size 15-30) working on several projects/applications within the Funding Capital Liquidity business lineProvide technology solutions to complex problems that require both in depth knowledge of capital markets domain (relevant to the role) and strong application development and delivery expertise; contribute to strategic and business sustenance projectsWork with US technology managers on projects driven by US technology teams and be directly responsible for full project life cycle for a few projects / applications including user interaction, planning, development, testing and L3 supportDrive stability and resiliency of products through automation of testing and validation activities and focus on performance engineering and analysisRecruit, mentor and develop talent by setting appropriate goals and expectations for the team. Primary point person for systems and projects within area of responsibility.Lead organizational initiatives, foster diversity and inclusion, and champion change within the group.
