(80% of the time) To identify potential customers( generate leads), create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company. Helping clients use our software by being involved in initial installation. To help build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering great customer service Salary & benefits: Successful sales managers will be responsible for individual sales & client satisfaction. They may also have support executives for installation at clients. Sales managers will be offered a compensation with fixed salary and sales driven incentives as belowa)Fixed salary of 15,000 rupees( subject to a minimum of two sales of at least 20,000 rupees each)b)For every sale after the first two sales in a month, a 5% incentive of the sales amount increasing by 5% for every additional sales ( upto max of 50%) will be given. Thus at 10 sales a sales manager can earn an incentive of 1 lakh.Requirements: Should be at least class 12th pass at least. Higher education preferredGood soft skills in English/Hindi Applicant must enjoy working under pressure.
