Description:Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts/ Rotational Offs. 5.5 Days working. Required Experience: Currently should be working as a manager. Experience in Inbound customer service. 1 - 3 Years (As a Manager), 5+ years into voice process (Inbound Customer Service). Transport: No Transport. We are looking for a Manager - operations that will be responsible for the complete operation part. Should have experience in handling 100+ agent. Responsibilities: Candidate should have experience/knowledge with several of business (voice). Creation and monitoring of operational metrics. Establish and expand relationships with key individuals. Manage client relationships, client visits, etc. Managing escalations related to people, policies, and process. Motivate team members, Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Looking after capacity planning, staffing forecast and administration of the operations floor. Motivating and inspiring the team to surpass their potential. Education & Experience: Should have 10+ years of relevant experience with BPO. Must have a bachelor degree Well versed with MS Excel & PowerPoint.
