A part of ambitious growth plans, we are current seeking to hire an experienced Statistician / Analytics Consultant to join our India team.

The Role

This Consultant position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality advanced data analytics. With exposure to all core functions within analytics, the role offers excellent scope for career development and progression. Reporting to a Director of Analytics, your core day-to-day responsibilities will extend to:

  • Use of statistical techniques to analyse and interpret market research and customer data, such as, but not limited to: KDA regression analysis; Correlations; Support with data cleaning and checking; Setting up, running and scripting Conjoint and MaxDiff; Behavioural economics; Factor analysis and clustering; Pricing analysis; Weighting.
  • Developing easy QC techniques for all methods used in the analytics team.
  • Running data tables and profiling tables in SPSS or R.
  • Translating analytical findings to various audiences from internal to external stakeholders.
  • Standardizing, managing, and documenting statistical code and data science methods.
  • About You

    The role of Consultant within the Analytics team is best suited to a diligent data enthusiast who has previous experience in a data-focussed role within a similar organisation. In this role, we are looking for a someone that will enable and drive the discovery of information hidden in vast amounts of valuable data that can help our clients make better decisions and deliver even better products and services. The successful applicant will also demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as: R, SPSS, Perl.
  • Strong experience in data manipulation (processing, cleaning, and verifying) from various data sources.
  • Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong work ethic with a self-motivated mindset and the drive to reach goals.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, eager to learn and develop, and to challenge the status quo.
  • Willingness and comfort working on UK/GMT-aligned business hours.
