Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities: Use best practices and experience to design, code, build, and test software solutionsDetermine best technical solutions and document detailed design based on requirementsLead application build team for selected projectsSolid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detailExcellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilitiesSelf-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environmentProviding accurate and timely estimates for tasksProvide support and leadership in critical production support issue resolution. Role will be final escalation point for supporting application and performing root cause analysisSupport the team for application availability, reliability and stability on a 7 by 24 by 365 basisConduct or facilitate root cause analysis on all in-scope incidents and recommend a corrective action planLead team efforts to achieve timely resolution of all production issues meeting or exceeding Service Level AgreementsConduct code review to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standardsMentor other developers on coding standards, problem solving, and application architectureComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
