Pipeline Marketing Lead - North America Chennai | Full Time Chargebee is a series-F funded subscription management platform thats making a difference in the fast-growing SaaS and subscription space. We are currently at the cusp of super hyper-growth and looking to add people to the marketing team thats on the frontline to facilitate this growth. The Pipeline Marketing Lead lead role will be part of the demand and pipeline marketing team responsible for pipeline delivery and top-funnel growth for the North America region primarily through inbound marketing tactics. North America is our primary target market, and we are looking to double down on becoming the defacto Subscription and RevenueOps platform for the market. Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for developing and executing full-funnel inbound demand programs to ensure adequate sales pipeline across different geographies and revenue segments. Breaking down revenue and pipeline targets to channel/campaign level objectives and execute the same with the team. Analyze all aspects of the conversion funnel and identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to capitalize on the gaps. Identify new areas of growth opportunity through different channels and execute against the findings. Work closely with the sales team, provide timely feedback and intel to ensure the common goal of pipeline delivery is met. Incorporate feedback from the sales team to strengthen the inbound marketing engine. Work with a team of rockstars, bringing in loads of curiosity and enthusiasm thats infectious ) This role would be a great fit for you if you Have been part of SaaS marketing team(s) in Demand Gen/ Inbound marketing roles with deep knowledge in Google Ads, SEO, and full-funnel marketing. Can think top-down, can break a big problem easily into smaller chunks. Can go into gory granular detail and see the big picture simultaneously. Can prioritize issues; Have a strong innate instinct for 8020 Always have a hypothesis and evolve/destroy as more insights are presented. Think you are a numbers person. Neednt be a statistician, but have a good sense of what scale and numbers mean. Have a knack for effective communication and always bring in curious enthusiasm Must-Have - 3-5 years of relevant experience. - Deep knowledge in Google Ads, SEO, and full-funnel marketing; - Ability to break a big problem easily into smaller chunks; - Can go into gory granular detail and see the big picture simultaneously; - Can prioritize issues Chargebee might be the opportunity youre looking for If youre interested in how subscription businesses can get more efficient.
