If you are excited about using product funnels to understand growth areas for O365; building and experimenting with features; and evolving the productivity experience for users in O365 on all platforms, we want to hear from you! We are seeking a Product Manager to help drive coherent and contextual Freemium upsell experiences (and conversions) across the Microsoft 365 consumer apps such as Office, OneDrive, Outlook etc., partnering across engineering, design, marketing, data science, business planning and finance. The individual will be focused on monetization of mobile M365 ( Office) apps for consumers across the globe. The team is to drive new customer acquisitions through setting up of seamless payment experience along with new offers and business models and increasing the rate at which users successfully complete the acquisition and activation phases across all channels and segments. You would be required to work with Microsoft 365 consumer apps to influence the premium features, improve the discovery & ultimately purchase of subscriptions. This demands a mix of product, growth and experimentation mindset. The role has high visibility and would require to partner with marketing, finance and business planning teams along with the engineering teams. Responsibilities Core responsibilities:  Defining the contextual user experience for premium features across Microsoft 365 consumer apps while ensuring design coherency and mapping favorable user-driven moments to premium features Driving end to end - from the hypothesis generation of business impact (net subscribers) to delivering/launching the acquisition/upsell experiences and measuring the actual impact against set targets Experimenting with user experience to drive maximum business impact Define core engineering priorities, partnering with marketing and business planning Partner with design and marketing to propose alternative experiences per scenario Partner with data science, design and engineering to structure the experimentation framework Partner with engineering and PM across product divisions to implement best performing experiences Job responsibilities: We respect and value otherâ€TMs perspectives and diverse experiences. Passion about consumer behavior and data insights. Demonstrable experience with services to consumer and small business. Ability to seamlessly transition from high-level creative brainstorming and strategy to program management granular detail level. Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor your message to different audiences. Strong cross-group collaboration: and work with PMs, developers and marketers. Thought Leadership: the ability to inspire executives and influence partner engineering and marketing teams. Experience with analytics to measure experimental outcomes, and with modern behavioral analysis tools and services. Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous environments. MBA + Technical degree or equivalent preferred
