Job DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTIONField Sales Executive Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads Meet and Pitch Rupeeks offerings to potential customers Build trust by handling customer objections Flawless execution of SOP while on the field Build long term relationship with HNI customers to ensure repeat business and referral-ordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions Share local insights from the field to the central team Skills Required:Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target drivenmind-set Presentation-should invoke trust Communication-Fluency in local language and Basic English Basicmathematics calculations PersonaGraduate with 1-7 years of B2C Field Sales Experience in Telecom, FMCG, Financial products or High Value, Low Volume product.Preferably between 25-30 years of age Excellent Communication Skills in the local language(basic English)Candidates from Telecom, FMCG preferred, Companies:Just Dial, Eureka Forbes (High Value, Low Volume), Financial Services and High involvement concept selling
