Description:Position(s) 01 SEO/SEM EXPERIENCE 2 YEARS Role ProfilesThe SEO / SEM / SMO Analyst is responsible for coordinating and implementing SEO, SEM and SMO strategies for the organzition. We are looking for dynamic individuals who will be goal oriented, possess exceptional attention to details and will have an outstanding interpersonal skills to work as a team player. Key Accountabilities Perform keyword research in coordination with internal business objectives to optimize existing content and search for new opportunities. Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.). Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting. Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific. Implement link building campaigns in coordination with digital marketing team and assist in development and execution of communication/content strategies with SEO goals. Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns. Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments. Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Communication to team and management on plan, development, timelines and results. Competencies & Educational Requirements Bachelors / Masters degree in Digital Marketing or a related field. Minimum experience of 2 years in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Strong communication skills and high standard of written English; Ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
