The IAM Administrator would need to have at least 8 to 10 years of directly related experience supporting IAM design, engineering and operations. The IAM Administrator is a subject matter expert that has global responsibility for the design, configuration and management of the IAM environment. Responsibilities: - Design and implement a global IAM Infrastructure. - Experience with Cloud IAAS deployments such as Azure,GCP and AWS. - Experience with standing up IAM DR environments - Utilize logical problem solving to find creative solutions to problems in the environment on a broad scale. - Plan and execute IAM upgrades. - Troubleshoot and resolve IAM production systematic issues - Work with stakeholders and other technical teams to collect business and technical requirements and design / deliver enterprise level solutions. - Create and update technical documentation of operating procedures as needed. - Serve as a technical expert for Tier 1/2/3 support groups. - Collaborate and communicates with architects with internal departments and vendor partners. - Own and lead discussions in business and technical information technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancement and conversions. Recommends solutions as appropriate. - Act as a member of the IAM Administrator Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations - Ensure that system improvements and changes are implemented correctly and completely, and monitor all effects of the modifications. - Must possess proven experience working with a large enterprise distributed computing environment Education and Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. - 8-10 years of directly related experience supporting IAM systems design, engineering and operations with increasing responsibility.Â - Cloud IAAS experience a plus - Experience with Application Server setup and management - Unix System Administration Experience - Cloud Automation Tools experience such as Terraform , CloudFoundry etc - Good knowledge of Java and J2EE concepts - Experience in root cause analysis providing Functional solution design - IAM implementation experience which includes In-depth administration knowledge of IAM , Certification, Deployment and Customization We're a purpose-driven company whose beliefs are the foundation for how we conduct business every day.
