Because We are looking for a Product Manager to improve conversions from account creations to paying customers.To be successful in this role - you need to be thoughtful to map out user journeys, diligent in looking through analytics, and resourceful to get your work done! You will also need a flair for writing, as you'd be responsible for writing conversion emails and guides.You essentially act as a general manager for the self-serve business. This role reports to the founders, and you can pick the title you want.Why join PriceLabs?PriceLabs was founded in 2014 and has been consistently growing over the past couple of years.We have established ourselves as a leader in revenue management for Short-term rentals.We serve thousands of customers in 95 countries, and our customers love the product (NPS in 70s, Customer reviews here).We are a global team of passionate individuals that accepts open communication, empowerment, and a shared focus on customer success.In This Role, You WillOwn the conversion funnel - improving user flows, creating in-app guides, writing conversion emails, and other strategies that you come up with.Drive onboarding, day 7, day 14 engagement, and retention initiatives to grow adoption and engagement for self-serve customersDesign and execute multiple A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion across different steps of the acquisition funnel.Interact with customers to understand their needs, concerns and continually improve on the product adoption and experience of customersWork closely (help build) online sales/support team to improve conversions where product nudges don't make the cut.Also, help build specs for some of our other larger releases.Who are we looking for?You have 2-3 years of product management or product marketing experience with B2B SaaS or digital consumer products. Experience working with freemium models is a big plus.You have ran growth experiments. You can design, measure and analyze results eShould have a track record of building and marketing products from ideation to scaleSolid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skillsMetrics you'd own:Closed won conversionNet Promoter Score (NPS)NRR
