Job Description A successful candidate will join a team that ensures appropriate access controls are in place and applied effectively. They will provide governance and control oversight using data driven metrics to provide transparency of CIB risk position. The candidate will be responsible for: Facilitating the technical integration of internal and external applications into JPMorgan’s Identity and Access Management ecosystem Analysis of internal and external application identity and access management capabilities Setting integration expectations to technical and non-technical stakeholders Influencing a centralized strategy for identity and access management Reviewing access control workflows to identify improvements, minimize risks and improve overall control environment Monitoring compliance of control policies and procedures Prioritizing emerging issues against standard operational workload Identifying underlying patterns and opportunities to proactively mitigate risk Partnering with Firmwide operations teams and other technology partners identify and solution technical and non-technical integration barriers Driving the broader identity and access controls agenda through research, presentations, assessments and reviews Understanding growth or changes in business models and how these will impact risk posture Promoting cross-LOB consistency and adoption best practices Requirements: Experience in Identity & Access Management and/or Technology Risk Management strongly preferred Excellent working knowledge of audit, risk and operational management concepts and the ability to understand and interpret the impact of decisions, as well as identify and convey potential problem areas Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, planning skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities Strong team player and self-starter Passionate and capable of learning in a changing environment while delivering results Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Client focused with strong customer service skills (e.g. oral and written communication skills) Experience adhering to controls and compliance standards Minimum Bachelor degree; or sufficient compensating experience High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters. Users in these roles are subject to enhanced pre-hire screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks (as allowed by law). The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.
