Description:Responsibilities Conduct business practice reviews within client IT environment to perform current state analysis of existing systems and applications Collaborate with various groups to identify requirements and translate business/ operational needs and high-level technical specifications via agile stories in ServiceNow. Includes carrying Detailed investigation of requirements, establishing possible interaction between different existing and future technical systems. Advises leadership on possible solutions for problems, related costs, and feasibility of such solutions. Investigates operational requirements and problems, seeking effective solutions through improvements in information systems, data management, processes/ procedures, organization, and equipment. Analyzes the underlying issues arising from investigations into requirements and problems and identifies available options for consideration and participates in leadership meetings and present issues and solutions. Manages information collection from many sources and control of information in an organized manner Understands the relationships, dependencies, and impact of neighboring business functions Maintains process documents and aids service delivery with improvement to existing plans, processes, and work procedures Ensures process integrates effectively and efficiently with other business and IT processes Continuously analyzes process to resolve gaps and identifies solutions to close said gaps Evaluates and addresses the financial, cultural, technological, organizational and people issues that may need to be addressed because of a proposed change process Reports and presents results and findings as well as measurable recommendations to senior leadership Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications for Enterprise processes (ITIL, PMO, and other Business functions) Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports Understand and communicate the operational impact of any changes Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues Forges collaborative partnerships and works effectively with multi-functional teams and external business partners. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Experience in performing work encompassed by this job description within the IT setting. Understands process development principles. Technical experience in ServiceNow Client facing experience implementing technical solutions Experience using agile and iterative development practices and methodologies such as Scrum/Agile Requires extensive understanding of business process and systems requirement development to build baseline documentation and create agile stories Able to build process flow diagrams based upon information provided by process owners/ business stakeholders Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment, should be detail oriented and work in a team environment Working knowledge of several processes including incident management, change management, release management, problem management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, configuration management, service portfolio management, demand management Solid grasp of ITSM and industry standard methodologies ITIL V4 foundation certification required ServiceNow certification preferred Strong communication skills.
