Age Criteria: 25 to 35 Years Required Experience: From NBFC (Gold loan company) preferred. New Gen. Banks, with gold loan experience, may also be considered. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Gold Loan - MANDATE Product & Functional Knowledge: Knowledge in Gold Loan with experience in Gold purity check & Gold Loan Evaluation. Should ideally have Gold Loans operations and Gold purity assessment experience. Capability/ Competency in the assessment of gold (critical parameter). Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of computers. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Regional Language and English
