Description:Job DescriptionStrategy: Collaborates within Process team to establish an effective framework that includes vision/strategy, governance, service delivery framework and standard processes over the end-to-end process, ensuring adherence to overall finance strategyLeadership: Monitors global compliance with established processes, and provides recommendations to improve overall process efficiency, standardization, and complianceChange Management: Supports change management activities by documenting process changesBusiness Process Management: Applies knowledge acquired on business process modelling notations to document processes, develop BPM project plans and facilitate working groups throughout all phases, contributes towards solving process-related challenges, mapping out any existing processes in the organization and designing new ones towards achieving greater efficiency and effectivenessGovernance: Supports the BPM and Quality Manager in the governance of process execution, quality control and assurance by executing, designing, and evaluating business processesPeople Management: Where applicable, monitors professional development and staff productivity to ensure training, professional development and resourcing needs are met. Actively participates in coaching, mentorship and succession planning for talent development, * Job Specific Knowledge / Experience Minimum 5 years of strong finance experience in various specialities; generalistEducation Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or business-related fieldsTraining in business process management idealSkills: Strong leadership; highly analytical, data-driven and resourcefulAbility to actively engage stakeholders, customers and staff to ensure processes are executed consistentlyAbility to manage multiple priorities and thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure situationsAbility to design and deliver transformational initiativesExcellent interpersonal communications and negotiation skillsProficient at communicating conclusions to leadership in concise mannerPeople Skills: Interpersonal: Builds appropriate, constructive, and effective business relationships throughout the organization; uses diplomacy and tact; is approachable; communicates clearly, accurately, and consistently both verbally and in written matters.
