It is a customer-facing team under the customer success group that is capable of - Eliciting requirements, - Proposing solutions and timelines, - Managing technical implementations, and- Communicating progress updates to all stakeholders - internal and external This team is responsible for creating applications and scripts that deliver value and effectiveness to our customers. This includes but not limited to creating custom reports and dashboards, implementing integrations, customizing different parts of the product UI, developing, deploying, and maintaining custom scripts by understanding different customer requirements.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the business needs of customers along with the technical requirements.Implement custom integrations, solutions, and reporting needs throughout the customer’s life-cycle.Analyze large customer datasets and build relevant data visualization dashboards as per the customer requirements.Undertake small enhancements to the product UI based on customers’ business requirements.Deploy user management integration with MindTickle, liaising with the customers’ tech teams.Implement and maintain integration workflows on ETL tools.QA and Troubleshoot issues around custom dashboards and integrations with the product and development teams.Build automation around custom integrations along with proper alerting mechanisms in place.Liaise with the product team to represent customer trends for road map consideration.Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.Desired Qualifications & Skills5 to 7 years of experience with enterprise software implementation or development including responsibilities of customer/internal customer-facing teams communication.Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level custom implementations within well-defined timelines.Must communicate well with stakeholders, paying attention to their concerns, and providing clear, regular updates for ongoing requests.Sound expertise of UNIX/Linux commands system calls and debugging logs.Strong understanding of web technologies - HTML, CSS & JavaScript.Must be comfortable with one or more of these scripting languages - Python, PHP, NodeJS.Must be proficient in SQL.Sufficient understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, SAML, JWT, SFTP concepts.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and task management skills.Ability to work independently without much supervision and plan tasks as per priority.Experience in data analytics and any reporting tools like JasperSoft, Tableau is good to have.Familiarity with any of the iPaaS/ETL tools like JitterBit, Informatica, Dell Boomi will be an added advantage.Graduate or postgraduate degree; engineering or relevant technical disciplines are preferred.Our CultureAs an organization, it’s our priority to create a highly engaging and rewarding workplace.
