Description:UST’s Strategic Talent Acquisition Team is looking to add an enthusiastic, collaborative, highly organized, thoughtful, and unstoppable executive recruiter who has a passion for transforming the lives of people that they connect and work with. This individual should have extensive experience developing and maintaining a rich network of contacts within the digital platforms, products, and services world as well as owning full life cycle recruitment for Senior Manager and above roles. Additionally, we are looking for a professional with demonstrated ability to: • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking system to identify and recruit the very best candidates • Create and foster relationships with professional associations, colleges, and professional organizations to attract and recruit diversity candidates • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements • Present complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates regarding UST and the positions you are filling • Prescreen candidates, including conducting behavioral-based interviews • Execute best of class kick off calls w/ hiring leadership and ensure alignment from search launch to completion • Prepare candidates for interviews with and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information regarding UST and the roles you are working to fill • Organize, lead and document post-interview debriefs and feedback: sharing results with hiring leadership and all candidates • Lead negotiations, closing searches at budget • Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure a memorable and compelling onboarding process for hired candidates Does this sound like you?
