Description:DAILY OPERATIONS A) Monitor and co-ordinate the functioning of different teams , App development, Marketing, Sales, Finance Be actively engaged with CC and Cluster co-ordinators to makes sure all CCS are active and chapters are performing. App development Be abreast of app development and follow up with tech lead on resolving issues that may crop up Monitor execution of marketing plans by Cluster heads in line with strategy developed Ensure all payments are being made on time by Accounts Ensure that GMV targets are being met Oversee complaints addressal B) Monitor the functioning of cluster heads of all chapters to ensure that All chapters are sufficiently engaged and active All marketing and promotional initiatives are being implemented There is customer acquisition There is chef acquisition There is Vendor acquisition C) Monitor and evaluate monthly performance against targets and report key metrics to the Management Team GMV Earnings from Kitchen Earnings from Bazar Earnings from ads Report on the performance of various schemes implemented by the chapters Active chefs, vendors, customers growth GROWTH & EXPANSION Generate new leads as well as follow up on leads generated by the Management Team to launch more chapters Monitor the activities of the launch team to ensure that launch is on track in all aspects Onboard new vendors for bazar across chapters Work on collaborations at various levels.
