Role Objective Plan and implement sales strategy for Laminates business and drive people development program to increase sales capability. Job Responsibilities To promote Merino Group Products at Retail sales counter by providing product catalogs. Building strong relationship with Retail / Dealer sales partners for promoting and selling Merino products. Generate demand for products at dealer counter / retail counter by regularly visiting. Driving sales schemes at dealer counters Ensure proper branding and brand visibilities of Merino Products at Retail counters. Driving BTL Marketing activities in collaboration with Marketing team. Collecting sales Leads and updating the same in CRM and follow up with customers on closure Connecting with prospect dealer and retail counters and enrol them as Merinos Preferred dealer network partner. Position Qualification Min 1 Year of experience in sales. Passion to work with and be a part of customer centric sales force team. Preferred Qualification MBA in Marketing.
