As a program manager, you will work closely with the Product, Program Management, and Engineering teams to develop and own the execution of standard methodologies to guide the organization through various stages of the development life-cycle. The ideal candidate will be able to mentor teams as well as drive cross-functional projects and key operational processes in a fast-paced agile environment. This includes having a proven ability to collaborate across all functions of the company and communicate with peers, outside teams and executive staff. We are looking for a Principal Program Manager with excellent proven program management skills and a consistent track record of delivering results. The candidate must have outstanding communication skills, bring attention to detail and possess a strong ability to influence. The Program Manger would work closely with multiple Engineering and Product Management leads and execute the projects through various stages of development life cycle. The ideal candidate would be able to identify any process deficiencies and improve operational efficiency by making the process better while working with all the stakeholders. Thus collaboration and influencing skills are a must for this role. Managing and mitigating risks would also be key for a successful program manager. The responsibilities would include: Manage sprint based releases for Accounts Payables, Cash Management and Payments via milestone based project planning, tracking, risk management and reporting Create clarity in scope, embrace agility, fend off scope creep, confirm development approaches and timelines, and support the team to build and deliver high quality and secure solutions on time. Promote hypothesis-driven product development and data-driven decision making. Define and analyze metrics to assess the success of products and communicate with all stakeholders. Engage directly with internal customers and partners to integrate feedback and extrapolate customer benefit for improved product plans. Create high quality management reports Manage and support multiple programs in India development center that may include innovation programs, diversity initiatives, training initiative and recruitment initiatives. Qualifications B. Tech/M Tech in Computer Science or related field is preferred 7+ years working as a program manager with engineering teams Strong leadership skills Proven ability to drive complex and large scale projects Detail orientation and problem solving skills Excellent cross group collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams to deliver on product milestones. Ability to align efforts of disparate groups to achieve a common goal. Experience with Agile development methodologies: Scrum and/or other iterative development methodologies preferred. Self-motivated and not afraid to seek unknowns, demonstrate a strong bias to action. Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, encourage, and empower others.
