Join us and you will help define & implement a SaaS Digital Product & Pricing platform that is second to none and at the forefront of innovation in banking and the wider FinTech sector.Your days will consist of working as part of an elite Squad which collaborates across multiple teams (e.g., Client Business & Technology, Internal Core product team, SaaS onboarding & support teams. etc.), placing detailed analysis & delivery focus in your assigned project. You will help with: Gathering requirements & mapping them to Out-of-the-box (OOB) product features Understanding gaps & impacts and addressing them with effective solutions. Implementation of SaaS-based solution for clients Creation of new features which are added to the product backlog to enrich the OOB feature set. Actively supporting the integration team & other cross-dependency solution teams What will you do? Design Collaborate across the client function and product ownership to shape the implementation roadmap for the project with Out-of-the-box (OOB) features, as much as possible. Produce supporting journey artefacts such as FSD, process flows, sequencing diagrams and context models to assist in the wider understanding of the feature to be delivered. Understand the feature and epic level breakdown to inform the product backlog for any gaps that need to be addressed. Keep the technical, Integration and support teams informed in order to ensure that a joined up end-to-end design & data pattern can be maintained. Analysis Gather functional, non-functional, and technical requirements, and be able to translate these into meaningful user stories, complete with acceptance criteria, with an internal mapping to OOB features. Identify relational elements of cross-team requirements, between functionality, integration & data ensuring dependencies are managed. Apply industry best practices across the user story composition to maintain a workable standard. Be the champion of 'Refinement' and responsible for ensuring requirements adhere to the Clients Definition of Ready (DoR), as well as Out of the box (OOB) product features. Identify and engage with 3rd party services that may enhance the client’s platform, working across Partnerships and Technology teams, as appropriate. Facilitate SME discussions, applying domain specific knowledge, where required. Delivery Collaborate across the core product development team, squad integration team members in assisting with story completion and being an ambassador of adherence to the clients Definition of Done (DoD) Support in the preparation of iterative testing & reviews of the developed functionality Provide presentations & walkthroughs of FSD & other artefacts and drive home the value with client stakeholders What do you need to succeed? Business analysis, problem solving, issue tracking and resolution experience. Understanding of retail banking & corporate banking processes Proven track record as a Business Analyst within a digital delivery environment Highly experienced in requirement elicitation, writing FSD, Test Cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria. Experience working closely with Core Product teams to produce FSD (and other artefacts) including user stories & illustrations. Experience working with Confluence and JIRA. Gap Analysis & process mapping skills Workshop design and facilitation People and stakeholder management and communications Desired Skills An experience of 5 to 15 years as SMEs /BAs /Functional Consultants /Product Experts, etc. in BFSI (FinTech) domain Experience with Agile delivery using Scrum. Familiarity with participating in the core Agile ceremonies. Possess a good understanding of all aspects related to SaaS digital products and their management from ideation to delivery.
